General booking conditions

These general reservation and rental conditions form part of the agreement between you (tenant) and us (agriturismo OlivArancio). You agree to these conditions if your reservation has been paid in advance.

To reserve
The tenant can make a reservation by e-mail or by telephone. This reservation is confirmed by the landlord by email. After receipt of this confirmation, the tenant must transfer a deposit of 50% of the total rent to the account of the landlord within 14 days of the date of the confirmation. Your reservation is now binding. If you have not yet paid after these 14 days, the landlord reserves the right to release the apartment for rent again.

Payment
The remainder of the payment must be paid no later than 6 weeks before arrival at OlivArancio.

Cancellation
Cancellation by the tenant must be reported to the landlord by email. In case of cancellation, the tenant owes the following amount to the landlord: the down payment (50% of the total rental price) up to 42 days before the start of the rental period; 100% of the total rent from 42 days before the start of the rental period.

If the landlord is unable to rent the apartments due to force majeure (due to the landlord), the tenant will be notified by email. The amount already paid by the tenant will be refunded. The tenant has no more or other right than the amount already paid.

The rental price includes:
The rental price includes costs for water and light. Towels, linen are also included in the rent. Cleaning costs are also included. However, the tenant must leave the apartment neatly in its original condition.

Arrival and departure
Arrival is with us between 4 pm and 8 pm unless otherwise agreed. In case of delay, the tenant is requested to contact us.

Departure before 10:00 of the established departure date. Later arrival or earlier departure do not entitle the tenant to a refund of the rent or part of it.

Use and liability.
The tenant is not allowed to accommodate more people in the apartment and / or to stay overnight than the number stated on the booking confirmation, unless this has been explicitly agreed otherwise with the landlord.

The tenant takes care of the rented property as a good family man during the rental period and is liable for any damage caused during the stay. The rented property is left in its original state.

All damage and loss of the rental object, caused by the fault or negligence of the tenant, must be compensated immediately. Calamities and damage must be reported immediately by the tenant to the landlord. Unreported damage will be recovered from the tenant.

The landlord is not liable for defects in and the functioning of technical installations and equipment. Repair or replacement do not entitle the tenant to a refund of the rent or part thereof. The landlord will ensure that repairs or replacement are carried out as soon as possible.

Smoking is not allowed inside the apartments.

The landlord cannot be held liable for personal injury and / or damage, theft and / or loss of the tenant's property. The landlord is also not liable for any damage that the tenant and / or his travel companions suffer for any reason related to the rented. OlivArancio is not liable for damage caused by natural phenomena (weather, insects, etc.)

Pets are in principle allowed in consultation with your reservation. Leash on the site, if the dog needs to do on the site, please remove it. Pets are not welcome in the breakfast area.
25 euros per week is requested per pet. The balance of the stay, and the supplements (such as your dog), must be paid on the day of arrival.
