Our prices include:

• breakfast
• linen and towels
• cleaning costs
• tourist tax
• reservation costs
• Wi-Fi

Any additional costs:

• For the bringing of a pet we charge € 25, - per rental period.

• For cancellations you can take out a cancellation insurance yourself, we do not reimburse the cancellation (also applies to the down payment).

• We gladly put a baby cot ready for you. Here we ask for € 10 per rental period. A baby cot is suitable for a baby up to 3 years, or 15 kg.

• Rent beach towel € 10, -

• Participate in our cozy Cocktail, pizza & BBQ evenings
   

  All our guests are of course free to use all our facilities such as outdoor kitchen with BBQ, the pool (4 by 10 meters) with loungers etc.

  You can check in from 4 pm.  we kindly request you to not come earlier due to cleaning work and break
